A bucket list – a fun way to inspire ourselves

Have you made your bucket list? 

A bucket list is originally a list of 101 things you want to do or experience before you die. I have altered the meaning of a bucket list slightly. To me it’s a list of 101 things I want to do, experience and have. From the list I then chose some of the things listed and set a date to them. And some of them I chose for my Vision board or Dream board which i will talk more about tomorrow.

You might wonder what this has to do with health and wellness. Well, in order to be healthy it’s important to me to know WHY I chose to do what I do. WHY do I want to be healthy? WHY do I want to save money? WHY have I chosen the line of work that i have? Etc etc etc…
