Dealing with death is a life experience that no one wants to face. Life can often seem like swimming in the ocean during high tide. Losing someone whom we love or care deeply about is very painful. You may experience all kinds of difficult emotions and it may feel like the pain and sadness you’re experiencing will never let this happens. These are normal reactions to a significant loss. But while there is no right or wrong way to grieve there are healthy ways to coping with death that in time can forget and move forward. The most important is to have ability to feel death sympathy for each other is one of the most beautiful traits that we possess as humans.
